By accessing or using BudgetTripAI (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

BudgetTripAI provides AI-generated travel itineraries, booking links, and related travel planning tools. Itineraries are suggestions only and do not constitute professional travel advice. Prices, availability, and information from third-party partners may change.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Free plan limits

Free accounts may save up to 3 itineraries and plan trips of up to 5 days. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation API.
  • Resell or redistribute generated itineraries without attribution.
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links in itineraries are affiliate links. If you make a purchase through these links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify booking details independently before travel.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetTripAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on generated itineraries.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
