• To manage your account, subscription, and billing via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., subscription receipts, password resets).
• To analyse aggregate usage trends and improve the product.

3. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics events (itinerary generation, page views) are stored server-side and are not shared with ad networks.

4. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors: OpenAI (itinerary generation), Stripe (payment processing), and PostgreSQL (data storage). Each has its own privacy policy governing data it processes on our behalf.

Outbound links to booking partners (hotels, flights, activities) may carry affiliate tracking codes. Those partners' privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

5. Data retention

Trip data and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, after which your personal data will be removed within 30 days (except where retention is required by law).
